The purpose of this article is to write a paper on the characteristics of a research problem. I have organized and divide the article into five parts. The first part discusses the features or aspects of a research problem. The second part outlines what constitutes a researchable problem. The third examines the components of a well-formed problem statement. The fourth explains what constitutes a reasonable theoretical framework for the need for a research study. The fifth part is the conclusion, and at the end of each section, a list of annotated bibliographies will be cited.
